Details: Trans Can CIRCUITS ( Block of 6)
This session is suitable for levels. We will use interval training, and body weight exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and promote muscle tone. This session will also support people who want to exercise at home and not rely on equipment or gym setting.
Individuals can book sessions by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals will be only able to book one session at a time, as books for each session opens 7 days before. All participants must be registered with Trans Can Sport and have fill out a health questionnaire.
