Details: Trans Can PILATES ( Block of 6)
This session is suitable for beginners. Trans Can Pilates will start at the basic exercises and movements to improve strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and posture. Ideal for those of you who have been told that you need to work on your core muscles or who have weak backs..
Individuals can book sessions by email email@example.com. Individuals will be only able to book one session at a time, as books for each session opens 7 days before. All participants must be registered with Trans Can Sport and have fill out a health questionnaire.
