Get Ready to Run!!
As a runner and physiotherapist Lori will be discussing how important the glutes are for power and stability during training. She will also be discussing common running injuries and how they can be prevented with a combination of stretching and strengthening. Bring your running shorts as this will be an interactive workshop, where we will work on alignment and targeted stretching!
