This 60 minute class will focus on basic principles and a selection of simple exercises that will give you an idea of what your can expect in a Pilates session. It will highlight what makes Pilates different from other forms of exercise and what makes it so effective.
This will be a gentle introductory session that is suitable for people who do not have any serious injuries or health conditions. If you have any health concerns please discuss it with the instructor before the session.
