Tre Trattoria will feature a 4-Course Easter Brunch Menu from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for $34.95 per person.
The Prix Fixe menu include first course choice of Baby Arugula Salad and Roasted Red Beets with Goat Cheese, Classic Caesar Salad or Sweet Corn Chowder with Crispy Fried Kale. Followed by a second course of Prosciutto with Farmers Market Assorted Melons, Balsamic, Spanish Marcona Almonds, and Artisan Crackers.The entrée course offers choice of Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Biscuits with House-Bacon and Bourbon Gravy, Spaghetti with Tuscan Cauliflower, Pan Seared Gnocchi with House-Bacon, Local Fried Eggs and Calabrese-Béarnaise, Apple and Bourbon Glazed Bone-In Pork Chop and Creamy Parmigiano Polenta or opt for Tuscan Marinated Rib Eye with Saba Glazed Wild Mushrooms for a $15 supplement.
Dessert course offers the Nutella X3, Tiramisu Cheesecake or Lemon Meringue Parfait. Italian wine pairings are offered at $15.
