This class is designed to improve the abilities of its participants in all areas of fitness as well as aide in the improvement of each individual’s golf game! In 60 minutes, participants can expect to experience a functional total body workout that will focus on strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular/muscular endurance. The class is suited for all fitness levels, and designed for individuals 13 years of age and older! Ultimately, the goal for “Tri County Golf Ranch Bootcamp” is to be a group class where members of the ranch community can come together in a motivating setting to work to improve their physical health/fitness. Members will then begin to slowly transfer those improvements this summer onto the golf course with future consistent participation in the “Tri County Golf Ranch Bootcamp”!
Who is Josh Fardy?
5 Years’ Experience With Personal Training/Group Exercise/Online Coaching Instruction:
•Personal training expertise in resistance, endurance, performance, and rehabilitation training
•Group training expertise in abs/glutes, kickboxing, and full body toning boot camps
•Training experience with young kids, middle school/high school/college/professional athletes, male/female general population, and individuals that possess pre-existing health conditions/injuries that inhibit them from performing certain styles of exercise
•Online Health Coach that develops customized plans that are unique to each client/meet their physical fitness goals (Includes.. 30 Day Workout Plan, Meal Plan, Supplement Guide, & Core Circuits) **Currently handle 100+ online clients..**
