April 5: Vegan Kimchi with Saehee Chang
Learn how to make Korea's famous, delicious and healthy Kimchi with Saehee Chang! She will demonstrate how to make a simple vegan Napa Cabbage Kimchi. We will also discuss the history of Kimchi making in Korea, the regional differences, and the important communal activity of Kimchi making. Saehee is the founder of Kosari Kimchi and Korea Konnect. An avid Korean foodie and home cook, she learned to cook by watching and tasting her mother’s cooking.
NOTE: Please bring a small glass or plastic container to take home your sample of vegan Kimchi!
A healthy meal will be served after the workshop. All are welcome!
