This is a fun and informal course totally 'in the present moment' (like the life of us parents with small children), that aims to stretch, energise, relax, amuse and bond parents and children. We will share some simple yoga poses, breathing techniques, yoga stories and games, sound and singing to bring a sense of joy and calm to our day!
These classes are a playful, safe and nurturing space for parents and children in which creativity, positivity, togetherness and mutual trust are both the foundations and the ultimate goal. This class is for parents and their child or children aged 1-4 years old (maximum 2 children per 1 adult).
No previous experience of yoga is needed and all abilities are welcome! Mums and dads welcome!
