This is a gentle, therapeutic class that will show you how to release the tight spots and fascia (connective tissue) in your body. We use tennis balls and other props to release tightness in the feet, shoulders and legs. By doing so, the asanas (postures) flow more freely and allow the body to return to its natural flow. If you can get up and down off the floor, you can participate in this class. Come join us for an afternoon of fun and relaxation!
