Yoga helps children to:

Develop strength, flexibility, & balance

This FUN class is designed specifically for children and will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and relaxation techniques. In a supportive, non-competitive environment, children are encouraged to express themselves, cooperate with one another, and master new skills that will serve them throughout life.

For kids ages 7-13

Wednesdays, 4:15 – 5:15
