Move over Macarons!!! You are so yesterday … The new pastry craze straight from France is "Pâte a Choux"! Known to some of you as “choux pastry”, they are a family of dessert, big and small puffs, all made with the same dough base, which we call “Pâte a Choux”, pronounced “shoo.”

And what comes out from it? Well the possibilities are endless, but here are a few things you will learn in this class:

Choux a la crème (cream puff): the classic cream puff, filled with cream
Profiteroles: the choux is filled with vanilla whipped cream and covered with warm chocolate sauce
Chouquettes: cute and simple little puff simply covered with crunchy sugar bits, a childhood fav!
Eclairs: the long version of the choux, filled with cream

You will get to pipe your own pastries, fill and decorate them before taking them home! Recipes will be provided during the class, to take home as well.

No baking experience? Worried it will be too difficult and you won’t be able to do it again at home? We promise this is an easy one to do at home, no expensive equipment, fancy oven and or uncommon ingredients are required, and Valentine’s techniques are fool proof, you can-do at home!
