Through his culinary acumen, various publications, speaking engagements, consulting, and highly publicized work with athletes, actors and entertainers, he has revolutionized traditional culinary artistry by maximizing health benefits and sustainable practices.
His recent launch of AVAIL a plant-based food brand will coincide with his next book, a collaboration with Miami Marlins owner Julie Loria and Major League Baseball titled, The Game of Eating Smart.
