In this fun hands on workshop, you will make 3 ferments: a 24-hour ferment that will be enjoyed on day 2, a one week ferment, and a wild foraged ferment. You will also take home basic fermenting knowledge and two complete fermentation set-ups that you can use in your everyday food routine. Fermenting is a tasty way to bring probiotics into your everyday foods and help get the most digestible nutrients from them.
