A poetry reading in the gallery focussed on the stories of Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan, and themes of compassion, forgiveness and redemption.
Poems for the human condition features poets Jen Webb and Sarah Rice, who will read works inspired by the story, fate and artworks of Myuran Sukumaran. This event will be in the gallery, against the backdrop of his powerful paintings. There is also time for a number of other poets to share work related to the story of Myuran Sukumaran or the themes of his artwork, including grief and loss, transformation, compassion, forgiveness and redemption. If you would like to read, please contact Jacqui Malins at firstname.lastname@example.org.
