In this two hour workshops you will learn some simple Kundalini meditations, kriyas and breathwork that you can practice on your own daily that will transform the body, mind, habits and ways in which you relate to yourself and others.
This ancient yogic science and technology of Kundalini Yoga is a transportation system, designed to take you from one location to another.
If you are dissatisfied with your current location (physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or spiritually) this practice when done consistently will relocate you to a higher frequency state where your thoughts and choices come from a more conscious place.
No flexibility, spandex or prior yoga experience required.
