Do your kids beg for “special treats”, refuse new foods or eat the same few foods over and over? When unaddressed, picky eating can create major stress within a family. Unfortunately, the strategies commonly used to encourage healthy eating such as "the one bite rule" or "dinner before dessert" eventually backfire and have been shown to create pickier eaters!
To create competent, healthy eaters with less stress and more success, you need an evidence-based approach and real-time support! In this three-session (over six weeks) series, Danielle Shea Tan, our functional family nutritionist, will provide training and personalized coaching to help your family address picky eating with love and confidence. The strategies taught in this series will build upon one another and allow you to start seeing results immediately:
Eliminate your stress about food and mealtimes
Develop children who are comfortable trying new foods (without coercion!)
Raise children who trust their body and know how much food to eat naturally
Lower the chance of your children being overweight or having unhealthy relationships with food
Experience peaceful family meals (finally!)
Workshop session #1: Sunday, May 6th 4pm
