New to 2018, we are launching a series of bitesize lunch-time lectures. Join us to delve deeper into Turner’s time at Sandycombe Lodge, hear behind-the-scenes accounts of our restoration project and find out about the hidden history of the building.
In this talk, volunteer steward Alison Shuttle will share her research into Turner’s passion for angling on the Thames, a hobby that brought him here to Sandycombe Lodge and which has had a notable influence on his life and work.
