The Twin City Players announces its fifth production of the 2017-2018 Mainstage Season, Doubt a Parable by John Patrick Shanley.
In this brilliant and powerful drama, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the male students. Doubt a Parable is a gripping mystery and winner of the 2005 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award.
The show is directed by Timothy Aranyos Jr. The cast includes Kraig Kirkdorfer, Donna Metz, Amber Burton, and Paige Smillie.
Assisting the director are Paul Stortz (assistant director), Teresa Polasek (stage manager), Matt Davidson (lighting design), Kathy McAlhany (production assistant), Beth Sekellick (dramaturg), and John Taylor (set design).
Rated PG-13: Adult Themes. Parents Strongly Cautioned – some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
Performance dates/times are: April 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 2018, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2 pm.
Performances will take place at the TCP Playhouse, located at 600 W. Glenlord Road, St. Joseph.
