Spend an evening unwinding tension in some of our most "stuck" areas (like the hips, knees, and spine) with the meditative practice of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a unique practice that targets connective tissues in the body by allowing them to release slowly. Poses are held for a few minutes, during which we have a chance to work with steadying the mind. This practice can also be balancing and nourishing for the organs.
Students typically feel less tight/stiff, and more open, spacious, flexible, and relaxed after yin yoga. Come unwind before getting a great night's sleep! (Bring a friend– they'll love it, too.)
