In this 2 hr workshop we will explore the benefits and contraindications of this posture as well as its variations. We will lay down a very solid foundation to prepare your body and mind for Sirsasana. What parts of our body need to be engaged, stable, and open? Why is it so scary? How can I build stamina? These are just a few of the questions we will answer! This Workshop is open to all levels, including people who have never done headstand before and people who incorporate it into their practice regularly. Pre-booking is required due to limited space.
