In this workshop we will be exploring the five universal elements of earth, air, fire, water and space in our body and within our yoga practice and ourselves. Becoming more aware of how we can infuse the elements in our asana and our own lives is very impacting. As we draw on these qualities individually and how they affect each other. In strong and subtle ways we can connect with our elemental nature. Above all else. We will have a lot of fun and as always a cool play list to lift our spirits.
All are welcome as we modify and turn up the practice to suit each individual. Come and enjoy!
