It's time to give yoga a try and share in the benefits! We've created the perfect way to get started with our monthly Yoga 101 Workshop Series. It is specially designed for people brand new to yoga but it's also great for novices who want to review the basics. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone. You don't need to be flexible to start, you simply need the desire to show up and do your best.
In this weekend version of our Yoga 101 Workshop Series, we hold (4) 90 Min. Sessions. These sessions will explore the key elements that make up the practice of Hatha Yoga, including:
• Yoga's Basic Postures with Proper Alignment
• The Role & Importance of Breath in the Practice of Yoga
• Techniques for Enhancing a Sense of Moving Meditation for Focus & Relaxation
At the conclusion of the workshop, students will be prepared for all the Level I/II classes on our schedule. This series offers an easy and comfortable way for newcomers to begin their own practice.
