OLA Gallery is an art space located within the Office for Local Architecture. Currently on view is Austin native, Jonas Criscoe’s series Quiltings, a mixed media montage including screenprinting and photo-transfer methods touching on themes of overgrowth, domesticity, invasive species, and American identity. According to Criscoe, his “mixed media collages explore nature’s ability to reclaim the spaces and objects that we abandon. Utilizing various scavenged materials and appropriated imagery, I mimic the effects that wear and exposure have on materials to impart a sense of history and nostalgia through the surfaces of my works.”

During the event, there will be:
- Complimentary drinks from Titos & Juiceland

Art.Work is a local, cutting-edge collective of artisan entrepreneurs that operate in a variety of industries. Our studio in the heart of downtown Austin is intended to facilitate the “WORK” side of artwork during the week and the ART side of artwork on the weekends.
