T’ai Chi Chih (suitable for ages 15 and up)

Join us for the second session of T'ai Chi classes at Tyler this summer.
Come and relax your body while focusing your mind. Join Kathleen McAllister to learn T’ai Chi Chih (pronounced tie-chee-chuh) – a series of gentle movements that stimulate, circulate and balance internal energy. Beneficial results are obtained regardless of age, physical condition,or agility and can be modified to a seated practice. Classes take place both indoors and outdoors based on the weather.
