Join us for Nanook Rendezvous, the annual UAF alumni reunion

Did you graduate from UAF last year? Ten years ago? Fifty? We'd love to see you again. Please join us at the alumni reunion!

Schedule of events:
Thursday 8/19

Welcome picnic in the garden
4:30-8:30 p.m.
Georgeson Botanical Garden.
Salads, skewers and other tasty summer fare, followed by music by the Summer Music Festival's American Roots ensemble. Starting at 4:30 p.m., pick up your welcome bag and reunion nametag. Space is limited for the picnic, so please register today. The music in the garden begins at 7 p.m.
Free of charge.

Friday 8/20

UAF campus tour
10-11 a.m.
Led by our wonderful student ambassadors.
Meet outside Constitution Hall on the Fairbanks campus.
It's a walking tour, but a mini-bus is provided if needed.
Free of charge.

Alumni on the Riverboat Discovery
1:30-5 p.m.
Cruise on the Riverboat Discovery on the Chena River.
Meet at 1975 Discovery Drive, Fairbanks. Look for the UAF banner dockside.
Arrive promptly at 1:30 p.m. to check in. The sternwheeler leaves promptly at 2 p.m.
$55 per person.

Nanook night at the Goldpanner's game
7 p.m.
Growden Park, 201 Wilbur St., Fairbanks.
Sponsored by the UAFAA Fairbanks Chapter.
Free of charge.

Saturday 8/21

Golden Day's parade march
8:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
March with UAF alumni, students, faculty and staff in the Golden Days Grande Parade.
Participants can ride on the float, but those who do must remain on it the entire parade. The parade usually lasts approximately two hours. (Bathroom facilities are available at the parade lineup behind the Carlson Center).
A shuttle is provided from Ryan Middle School to the Carlson Center, due to limited parking at the center. The shuttle will be available at the end of the parade to bring you back to Ryan Middle School.
The Golden Days Street Fair is happening from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. if you'd like to attend on your own and see what it has to offer.
