Seek Happiness is a positive psychology and resiliency movement that recognizes the struggles and celebrates the strengths of being a college student. We realize that students may experience stress, anxiety and other challenges, but we hope to shine happiness through positive, affirming messages and activities.

Join us for a tabling event to spread happiness! Students will receive a happiness kit while supplies last.

Seek Happiness Through Yoga
Tuesday, February 27
5 to 6 p.m. | 5 Lower Freeborn Hall, Room 5

The Yoga Club will have a special session that focuses on finding happiness through meditation. Stop by and enjoy this relaxing practice—all students are welcome.

Peace, Tranquility and Happiness
Friday, March 2
12:30 to 2 p.m.
LGBTQIA+ Resource Center

Join us during Crafternoon, where students will have the opportunity to create tranquility jars and learn more about ways to spread happiness.
