“When despair for the world grows in me…
I come into the peace of wild things.”

From “The Peace of Wild Things” by Wendell Berry

During the session we will take a close look at our unique relationship with nature and the ways in which the natural world supports our creativity and wellbeing. Using poems, prose and visual images, we will explore our connections with nature and examine the ways in which it can be a potent medicine.
