Most people would guess IQ, GPA, or number of graduate degrees. Turns out it’s all about soft skills, or EQ. Echoing Google’s findings is HBR contributor and author of bestselling book “Emotional Intelligence,” who found that the ability to understand and manage emotions in the workplace is a key factor of success, more so than IQ or advanced degrees.
