Join Natascha for this 6-week Yoga for Mood Series which introduces movement, breathing, meditation, and other techniques to equip participants with accessible resources for relieving anxiety, managing stress, and improving mood. Classes are 60 minutes in length and all levels appropriate.

The classes will take place on the following dates and times (please note last class of the series is on a Sunday):

> Tuesday, May 1 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
> Tuesday, May 8 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
> Tuesday, May 15 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
> Tuesday, May 22 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
> Tuesday, May 29 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.
> Sunday, June 3 - 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Natascha is the Founder of Udana Yoga and Wellness and has been teaching yoga since 2009, completing her first training with Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Center in 2012. She is a Relax and Renew® Trainer, Yoga4Cancer (y4c) instructor, and has studied yoga for breast cancer recovery, yoga for heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation, prenatal yoga, yoga for anxiety and depression, trauma, and more. She is currently in training to become a certified Yoga Therapist and Ayurveda Wellness Counselor. Her teaching is deeply influenced by yoga's sister science of Ayurveda as well as Classical Hatha, Restorative, Iyengar and Vinyasa styles. She is drawn to the spiritual practices of yoga as well as the transformative power and constant growth one finds in the practice, on all levels --mind, body, and spirit. Her personal mission is to serve as a guide for her students in improving their overall well-being, finding balance and creating space for Self Care. Yoga is for every body and Natascha has a passion for sharing this philosophy by making yoga accessible for all.
