The UF College of Medicine Medical Honors Program's (MHP) Third Annual "Glocal" Health Exposition aims to educate current and future healthcare professionals on "Glocal" (both local and global) health disparities.
Attendees will be inspired to assess current solutions to health disparities with a critical eye, and will be challenged to improve upon those solutions, using a patient-centered, culturally-appropriate, interdisciplinary approach to problem solving.
The MHP Class of 2022 students who are currently enrolled in "Physician Perspectives on 'Glocal' Topics in Healthcare" will be presenting their projects and will be available to answer any questions regarding their experiences as first year UF MHP medical students. All students and faculty are welcome to attend.
Pizza will be served!
Location/Directions: The Founder's Gallery, which is located in the foyer of the Academic Research Building (up the steps past the fountain in front of the College of Medicine)
