We love Uluramaya and we know you do too (or you will if you visit!). Everything about Uluramaya is so nourishing, healing and spacious. We thought it would be the perfect place for us all to learn to walk our unique journey with a deep sense of nourishment - all of the time (well most of it anyway). Many of us have experienced times in our lives where we have been unwell physically, maybe dealing with difficult emotions and the never ending monkey mind. This special weekend occurs right before the May New Moon, the perfect time
to reset some of the those habitual ways in which we are
feeling depleted, empty and in need of recharging.
Saying YES to our Self-Care weekend gives each of us full permission to deeply care about and for our well being.
This is a time for all of us to explore where our energies can be bolstered using a variety of yogic and non-yogic tools. Equipping ourselves with the Self-Care tools that work for us as individuals will ensure we fill our own cup first and have more than enough left over to be the kind and loving beings that we are.

* Self-Care Yoga - short, medium and long practices you can use in your daily life;
* Meditation/Visualisation Practices to deeply reset our nervous systems;
