This all day event is jam packed with lessons, dancing, music and fun! Beginner to advanced, this event is for all levels of dancers! We have brought in 6 of the best instructors from the tri-state area! Don’t miss your chance to dance on our two huge dance floors with this star studded lineup!
Admission is ONLY $25 in advance for this great opportunity to learn line dances at all levels from SIX (6) INSTRUCTORS! Purchase tickets online with the ticketing link (http://thehousedjs.com/kic2018/). Tickets may also be purchased for $30 at the door, but we cannot guarantee a spot without your pre-sale. Advance tickets may also be purchased in person from our participating instructors, or at Uncle Bob’s. Admission includes access to all lessons on both dance floors, Meet-and-greet, and a closing dance party with all instructors! Your ticket also includes free admission to Uncle Bob’s Saturday Night Dance Party! (8pm-1am)
Not a dancer? Not a problem! Admission for spectators is free, so bring the whole family!
Each instructor will be teaching 3 to 5 dances at all levels. We’ll have at least 22 total dances to choose from! Attendees may join as many lessons as they can- note that both dance floors will be running at the same time, so you won’t be able to join all the lessons, but we’re sure you’ll have your fill for the day!
Our instructor Lineup:
Eric Mosley: If you haven’t made your way to the Elks Lodge in Wilmington, you haven’t danced! Eric brings us instruction and choreography. Keep your eyes out for Eric’s signature choreography in “Girls Night Out.”
Lily Parsons: “The Dancing Queen of the South.” If you had the chance to visit Cowboy up, you know who she is. Lily kept us dancing for 5 years as the head instructor. She’s now filling the floor at Fraziers restaurant and Slate Café in Dover. Lily knows how to keep a party going!
Rob Holley: Delaware’s finest choreographer and Instructor, Rob has graced the hardwood just about everywhere. He is responsible for the viral dance hit “The Fighter.” Join Rob and his team every Thursday at Delaware Park.
Grace Evans: Coming to us from the Pennsylvania dance circuit, Grace will once again take the floor at Uncle Bobs! When she isn’t instructing back home you can join her with Patti at Timothy’s every Monday in Newark!
Nate Rule: From Giddy up Philly to Grain H20, Nate keeps us dancing all over the place. If you hear a crowd screaming ‘Fireball’ you know he is in town! Catch him every Friday with The House DJs at Uncle Bobs for a dance party like no other!
Jen Tunis: Jen has been teaching line dancing since 1998. Her philosophy is that dancing is tons of fun and a good way to exercise, without feeling like it’s exercise!!! You can find Jen teaching regularly at the Harrington Moose Lodge!
