How was everyone feeling after the sets of 100 double unders in 18.3? If you've been part of the CrossFit community long enough, you may know that it's not unusual for females to pee during skipping or box jumps. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. It doesn't matter whether you've had children or not, losing bladder control during workouts is a sign of a dysfunction. I (Kristen) have been there.

There's a way to fix this! In this two hour course will will teach you why this happens and what you can do about it. I'll be teaching you how your diaphragm and breathing improve the function of your pelvic floor. Laura will teach you how breathing affects your workouts and improves your recovery resulting in better results in the gym.

It will be fun, interactive and there will be wine!

Cost for the course is $20.
