This yoga class is for you if you are:

you've wanted to practice yoga regularly but have found it challenging
brand new to yoga
a beginner yoga practitioner wanting support

looking to deepen your practice
wishing to make new friends
have a need for peace, to stretch, relax, re-connect with yourself, and relieve stress

In this class you will:
practice yoga in an intimate, safe, non-competitive, supportive and nurturing environment
be introduced to fundamental poses (asanas), meditation and the principles of proper alignment to assist you in practicing safely
learn to make modifications for your anatomy
become more conscious of your movements
receive a foundation including yogic breathing (pranayama), meditation and history and philosophy of this ancient tradition
be encouraged to ask questions, laugh and the space to express your feelings fully
