Join us for a workshop about postures and other yoga techniques you could implement in your daily life for a more balanced body and mind.
This workshop is inspired by my own yoga journey. It can be done as a practice on its own or as a complement to your ashtanga practice or other sport activities. It could be especially useful for runners, bikers, climbers.
It can also serve as a source of inspiration for your home practice.
