"Yoga er kun for de smidige"
- Siger nogle mennesker. Men yoga gør dig netop smidig - både i krop og i sind.

Kom til yoga i UngK på Nørre Alle 23K hver mandag morgen kl. 8.30-9.30.

På yogatimen der plads til dig, om du er smidig eller ej. Og ikke mindst er der plads til at mærke efter og have det sjovt.

Vi skal arbejde med vejrtrækning, med de fysiske yogaøvelser, både udstrækning og de mere styrkebetonede øvelser. Timen slutter med afspænding.

OBS! Yogatimerne er gratis. Der er yoga hver mandag.
UngK har 20 yogamåtter til udlån, men medbring gerne din egen, hvis du har en.
Timerne foregår på dansk!

”Yoga’s only for flexible people”
- Some people say. But yoga is exactly what makes you flexible – body and mind.

Come do yoga in UngK on Nørre Alle 23K Monday mornings from 8.30am to 9.30am.

In yoga class, there’s room for everyone, whether you’re flexible or not. And what’s even more, there’s room for sensing yourself and having fun.

We’ll be working with respiratory exercises, with physical yoga exercises, both stretching and the more strength-focused exercises. The class ends with relaxation.

OBS! The yoga class is free. There’s a yoga class each Monday.

UngK has 20 yoga mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you have one.
The classes are in danish!
