Donations to support the project entirely run by volunteers are gratefully received!
Revamp your wardrobe the Common Thread way! It's local, affordable, ethical and eco-friendly. We have items for babies, boys & girls, women's and men's clothes, shoes and accessories.
NEW: Weigh-In & Out Stations
These stations will help us collect data about consumer habits, which we then use for research purposes, create statistics and share the results and the project’s impact on reducing environmental degradation & carbon footprint.
How it works:
Bring a bag of clean clothes in good condition*, donate them to the exchange, browse the stock and take a 'nearly new' bag of clothes away.
*The clothes you donate should be something you would be happy to pay for in a charityshop, with no holes, stains or damage.*
Repair your clothing: visit the lovely Kath & Jodie at the Repair Station; they'll help you fix it if they can! You might just earn yourself new skills in mending too!
Revitalise your brain and body! Grab a delicious and healthy meal at the cafe or a warm drink.
If interested in donating your time, skills & energy, please fill in the volunteer registration form below and we'll get in touch with you shortly!
