If you're experiencing tightness and rounding in the shoulders from sitting, computer work, driving, or stress, join Melissa for this accessible workshop designed to improve posture and relieve stress. We will focus on postures that emphasize opening throughout the entire front and back body, especially the chest, shoulders, sides, upper back, and neck. We will use both a dynamic and restorative approach. Modifications will be offered so everyone can participate. All shoulders welcome!
