Pre-natal yoga is both challenging and relaxing. It’s a great way to connect with other pregnant women and to stay active during all stages of pregnancy in a safe and supportive environment. Our prenatal classes are designed to strengthen the muscles used in labour, to stretch muscles that get stiff and sore from lack of mobility, and to encourage you to relax and unwind. Take care of yourself, bond with your baby, and learn breathing techniques to help you throughout the labour process.
