Easter Sunday is about sharing “Good News”, and the UU Church of Amherst has lots! April 1 begins with a multigenerational worship that looks at some of the foolish parts of our faith and our lives. Following immediately, it’s Easter Egg Hunt time, with a special place for the youngest children (0-5 years) in the Living Room, and older children (Kindergarten-Middle School) gather outside the 2nd floor Bullfinch Room. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos with young and old!
Approximately 10 minutes after worship ends, the entire congregation and guests are invited to partake in an Easter Brunch, a gift of the Senior Youth group. There is no charge, but a free-will offering will be accepted to further the work of the congregation. And if anyone is inclined to share a favorite dessert or food item, that also will be gratefully accepted!
Please invite your family, friends and relatives to share in these community events!
