Our individual and societal food choices have a significant impact on our personal health, the well-being of our natural environment, and even our spirituality. Ethical eating is an important component of the UU's Green Sanctuary commitment. This class will study the topic with the goal of helping individuals make their own personal, informed decisions concerning how their food choices affect their health, the environment, and their total well-being. Videos and award-winning documentaries as well as group discussion will be used.
