Would you like to learn a form of meditation that not only helps you be more balanced and centered in the boat of life, it also helps you navigate and power the boat?

In these sessions we will use guided meditation, an instructional CD and time for personal reflection and questions to learn basic Heart Rhythm Meditation, step by step. Each session will build on the last, however each will also stand alone.
