Tai Chi will take place on the lawn (Indoors when necessary)
Join Tai Chi Chuan instructor George Deerfield for this interactive class in developing strength, balance, improved breathing (which has been shown to lower blood pressure) and stress reduction through light therapeutic exercise and a Tai Chi form which you can practice on your own.
