Guided Community Meditation
Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday @ UnityYoga

Meditation is the key to true happiness, contentment and harmony. Regular mindfulness enhances our health, relationships, career and overall life. Being fully present provides clarity that cuts through the fog of false paradigms and stagnation.
Join us 7pm at Unity Yoga every 1st and 3rd Tuesdays and learn to surrender into the “now” while becoming more aware of your inner and outer world.
This class is designed for beginners and experienced alike. We will explore conscious breathing techniques and guided visualizations. Occasional gentle sound elements may also be used.
Classes are free but a suggested donation of $5-15 is much appreciated with part of the proceeds going to Noble Animal Sanctuary in Prosser working hard to take care of abandoned/injured animals.
About our Meditation Facilitator:
Joseph Rastovich is a lifelong student of spiritual exploration. He derives inspiration from diverse spiritual teachers ranging from Lao Tzu to Eckhart Tolle and blends healing modalities such as sound healing, nature bathing, natural health and creative visualization into his program.
