Michael S. Krasner, MD, Professor of Clinical Medicine and Professor of Clinical Family Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry will share his expertise and knowledge about the importance of mindfulness and how it can build resilience and enhance your well-being. He will provide an overview of mindful practice including acting with awareness, focusing on your experiences, and incorporating your ability to notice sensations and thoughts. He will also share his own work with physicians, medical students, and patients and the impact of introducing mindfulness to them.
