The Texas Tribune is pleased to present a symposium on immigration in Texas and nationwide. Join us as we explore the recent actions of the Texas Legislature, the rhetoric on the subject out of Washington under President Donald Trump and the human cost of immigration.
Also on the agenda: a Friday-night keynote conversation with U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-San Antonio, and former U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Antonio Garza, as well as a screening of the Tribune's award-winning documentary, Beyond the Wall.
The full event agenda will be available shortly. This event is free and open to the public. Each panel of this event will also be livestreamed at texastribune.org/events.
