In honor of Healthy Kids Day, a national event celebrated by the YMCA, we would like to invite everyone to join us to celebrate a day of wellness activities led by UY student leaders.
Well-being includes more than just physical activity and healthy eating which is why we are VERY excited to share a wide variety of wellness activities! All of these activities are PERFECT for busy college students, and can easily be repeated in the comfort of your own home!
