Bethany and Erica will partner up to lead this amazing practice which helps to release physical tension and promote mental relaxation through a calm body and a clear mind. Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep” and is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping that feels similar to the moments before you fall asleep. Through this method, you will feel relaxed like never before. While students are guided through Yoga Nidra, gentle movements and restorative yoga poses, and meditation, the pair will move around the room sharing reiki with each yogi. Reiki is a type of energy healing that is so much better experienced than explained, but it can help to create a profound sense of relaxation, stress reduction, grounding, centering, and stillness within, and can be hands-on or hands-off, depending on preference.
