Through this summer series for tweens/teens, we will work on developing a calmer mind and a stronger body! This yoga series will teach kids tools to become aware of stress that may build up and provide techniques to reduce and resolve this stress. The poses and physical exercises taught will teach students to get to know their bodies with the ultimate goal of prevention of stress!
Tuesdays in July: July 10,17,24, and 31. 10:45am-11:45am

Investment: $50 for the 4-week series. Pre-registration is required by July 6th.
