Prenatal Yoga with Birth Art
Teacher: Mimsy Sermonia-Jundis
Time: 1-2 pm
In this 1-hour class, prenatal yoga based on the Birthlight method will be applied by expectant mothers looking to find comfort and ease during pregnancy. In addition to this, Mimsy will add her love for art and share it to the attendees giving them an outlet for expression to this joyous journey. Attendees will be making art and bringing this home with them as a simple keepsake of their special time with their babies while still anticipating.
Self-Care Tools for Moms

Life changes for a woman from the time she conceives – at that moment she becomes a mother. It is a beautiful change that comes with a lot of responsibilities. It is a reality for a mother to deal with so many things: husband, partner, children, work, business, etc. With so many things to worry about, it is no joke that mothers normally feel fatigued or tired.
With this workshop, we would like to celebrate mothers by showing simple tools that you can use to have handy as a “remedy” to effectively de-stress so as not to create “dis-ease” in the body and mind. Taking a proactive role in making yourself healthy, happy and efficient in all the efforts you do as a mother.
In this 2 hour workshop, there will be talk about the realities of motherhood, learning self-care tools, breathing techniques and a Stress-Free Gentle Flow class culminating in journal writing to help equip the mother on how to deal with the everyday load of responsibilities yet still be fit & balanced.
